Gabal el Rosas, Marsa Alam: Ergs and Barracuda Schools

Dropping into Gabal el Rosas feels like entering a marine sanctuary, marked by its history as an old military port. The site’s natural protection ensures calm conditions, making the descent smooth and allowing immediate focus on the vibrant reef. As you glide down, the topography reveals a series of coral ergs, standalone pinnacles rising from the seabed, each presenting a distinct micro-habitat.
