The reefs around Phuket are home to a rich variety of tropical fish and larger pelagics. You can expect to see various species of reef fish, including Angelfish (Pomacanthidae), Butterflyfish (Chaetodon), and Surgeonfish (Acanthuridae). Larger visitors like the Leopard shark (Triakis semifasciata) and various species of sharks, such as the Blacktip reef shark and Whitetip reef shark (Triaenodon obesus), add to the excitement of the dive.
