Hotel Eden Soller sits in Port de Sóller, Spain, directly by the sea. Port de Sóller Beach is just outside, while the hotel’s own description places the beach at around 0.3 miles away; Playa d’en Repic is about 0.3 miles away as well. Golden sand, loungers and parasols are available at the beach, so you can trade fins for a towel without planning a major outing.

The centre of Port de Sóller is about a five-minute walk away, putting restaurants, cafés and the waterfront within easy reach. Several restaurants sit just a few steps from the hotel, including Roma, Sa Barca and Lk Lounge. That is handy when the day’s energy budget has already been spent beneath the surface.

The Sóller tramway to Sóller and Palma stops directly outside. Sóller’s railway station is about 2.3 miles away, and the Serra de Tramuntana is about 2.3 miles from the hotel. Palma de Mallorca Airport is roughly 16 miles away, around a 30-minute drive.

The room choice is mainly a question of how much space and outlook you want, rather than a hunt through a catalogue of nearly identical names. A basic or classic double room suits two adults travelling light, with twin beds and the essentials for a straightforward night. If you want room to spread out after a day carrying more than a towel and a paperback, the superior rooms give you more space and can add a sofa bed.

For a couple, the sea-view twin room or the junior suite with sea view puts the outlook at the centre of the choice. Families and small groups have superior or family options with sofa beds, while the superior triple room is designed for three adults. Check the occupancy shown for your chosen room carefully: some family-labelled options have specific adult-and-child limits, and the room card below the description remains the place to match the layout to your party.

Every room has air conditioning and heating, tiled flooring, satellite television and a private bathroom with a bath, toiletries and a hairdryer. The empty fridge is a small but useful detail: you can keep water cold for the return from the beach or a long day out. WiFi is free throughout the hotel, and a lift makes the trip upstairs less of a chore when your legs have had enough.

Restaurant Alqueria handles the main meals, with Mediterranean cooking, fresh local produce and a terrace setting. Breakfast is a buffet with continental choices, followed by lunch and dinner, so you have an on-site option whether you return hungry at midday or prefer not to go searching for food in the evening.

The standard board formula is half board. Drinks are not included with half board, a detail worth keeping in mind before you sit down and order as though the menu has already settled the matter. For a drink rather than a full meal, Bar Hall is the hotel’s lobby bar, with cocktails and other drinks in a comfortable indoor setting. A snack bar is also available. Outside, the garden terrace looks across the bay, giving you somewhere to sit with a cold drink while the day finally slows down.

Car hire is available, and nearby private parking includes a garage; a reservation is needed and charges may apply. If you prefer to leave the car behind, the tram stops outside and Sóller is linked directly by the line.
