The centre is designed around ease of access, focusing on a stress-free experience from the moment you arrive. Whether you are looking for a shallow reef garden or a challenging drift dive on a remote offshore reef, the logistics are handled with professional precision.

The centre operates with affiliations to both SSI and CMAS, ensuring a broad range of training standards. The team is multilingual, with instructors and staff able to communicate in English, French, German, and Italian.

Training is available for all levels, from the very first breath underwater to professional development. The centre provides a structured environment for those pursuing Divemaster or Science of Diving qualifications, as well as specialised SSI specialties.

The training programme covers the entire SSI and CMAS spectrum. Beginners can start with Try Scuba Diver or the Basic Diver programmes, progressing through to Open Water Diver.

For more experienced divers, the centre offers Advanced Open Water Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox, and various SSI Specialties. Professional paths are also supported, including Dive Guide, Divemaster, and the Science of Diving courses, alongside the Stress and Rescue programme.

The shore-based facilities are built for convenience, featuring electric golf buggies to transport your heavy kit to the access points. Two powerful compressors are on-site to ensure a reliable air supply for all divers.

Nitrox is readily available for those looking to extend their bottom time. The centre maintains a full range of rental equipment, including various cylinder sizes: 12 and 15-litre aluminium cylinders for adults, and smaller 8 or 10-litre cylinders specifically for children.

The reefs are home to a vast array of large pelagics. You can regularly encounter Green sea turtle (Cheloniidae), Napoleon wrasse (Cheilinus undulatus), and various species of sharks, including Whitetip reef shark (Triaenodon obesus) and Grey reef shark (Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos). During specific seasons, you may see hammerhead sharks (Sphyrna lewini) and oceanic whitetip sharks (Carcharhinus longimanus).

In the deeper waters and canyons, look for large predators such as Great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda), Tuna (Thunnus), and various species of Jacks (Carangidae). You might also spot a Dugong (Dugong dugon) in the local seagrass meadows or encounter a large Napoleon wrasse near the reef structures.

The reef architecture is defined by a rich tapestry of hard corals (Scleractinia) and soft corals (Alcyonacea), alongside gorgonians and colourful sponges (Porifera). These structures provide a home for countless reef fish, including Butterflyfish (Chaetodon), Fusilier (Caesio), and various species of Snapper (Lutjanus).

For those with an eye for detail, the macro life is abundant. Keep a lookout for Scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae), Stonefish (Synanceia), and various species of Octopus (Octopus vulgaris). You may also find Seahorse (Hippocampus kuda), Nudibranch (Chromodoris willani), and various species of shrimp (Caridea) tucked away in the coral crevices.

Diving conditions vary significantly depending on the site. While many of the local Marsa sites offer calm, shallow environments with minimal current, offshore sites like Elphinstone can present delicate and more challenging current conditions.

Some sites, such as Sharm Abu Dabbab, feature tunnel systems where currents can become strong, though rope systems are often available to assist. The house reef at Abu Dabbour is generally well-protected from northern winds and waves, making it a reliable option for consistent diving.
