Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz Airport is about 21 miles away by road, with a drive of roughly 35 minutes. An airport shuttle is available and can be arranged with the hotel. You should also share your expected arrival time: check-in runs from 14:00 to 20:00, while check-out is from 05:00 to 11:30.

The minimum check-in age is 18, and children are not accommodated. Upper floors are reached by stairs only, which is worth keeping in mind if your knees have started filing formal complaints about luggage. The property is smoke-free and pets are not allowed.
