Alona Beach is around 5 miles away by road, taking about 11 minutes by car. You are therefore close enough to reach Panglao's better-known beaches and restaurants, while the resort itself keeps a more self-contained position on the coast.

The room choice is mainly about how much space you want around the post-dive clutter. The Queen Room suits a couple who want a large bed and a simpler footprint, while the King Room gives three guests more room to settle in. For four people travelling together, the Double Queen Room is the practical call, with two large beds rather than an exercise in negotiating sofa space.

The Two-Bedroom Penthouse Apartment is the clear family or group option. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with enough separation to let different people keep different timetables. That matters when one person is ready for breakfast and another is still trying to remember where the room key went.

Across the accommodation, you get air conditioning, a private bathroom, a balcony and views that can include the sea, pool or lake. Rooms also have a refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle, so fresh water and a quiet cup of coffee are close at hand when you return warm, salty and hungry.
