Located near Kata Beach, All4Diving has been a fixture of the Phuket diving scene since 1995. The centre serves as a hub for both local reef exploration and long-range expeditions to the most famous dive sites in Southeast Asia.

Whether you are looking to complete your first Open Water Diver course or are an experienced professional pursuing an IDC, the centre is built around high standards of service. Their operations range from day trips to the Racha and Phi Phi Islands to multi-day liveaboards visiting the Similan archipelago.

As a PADI 5 Star IDC Centre, All4Diving is recognised for its ability to provide professional career development. The team is composed of multilingual PADI Elite instructors, ensuring that communication is clear during training and underwater briefings.

The centre maintains a strict diver-to-guide ratio, with a maximum of five divers per guide. This approach ensures that safety and individual attention remain the priority, whether you are navigating a complex current or learning basic buoyancy.

Environmental stewardship is a core part of their identity. The team is actively involved with PADI Project AWARE, Shark Guardian, and Go Eco Phuket, working alongside local and national authorities to protect the marine ecosystems they dive.

The course catalogue is comprehensive, covering the entire PADI spectrum. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving or the Open Water Diver course, progressing through Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver, and Divemaster.

For those looking to enter the profession, the centre is an IDC (Instructor Development Centre), offering the full path to becoming a PADI Instructor. They also offer specialised training including Nitrox, Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, and Cavern courses, as well as Freediving certifications.

The MV All4 Explorer is a premium yacht used for liveaboard cruises to the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, and Richelieu Rock. This vessel allows you to reach remote pinnacles and reefs that are inaccessible on standard day boats.

Onboard the yacht, you will find freshly prepared Thai and Western lunches, as well as breakfast, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit available throughout the day. For day trips, the centre provides transfers via air-conditioned minivan from Phuket or Khao Lak to Thap Lamu Pier.

The centre operates a well-stocked retail shop at Patong Beach, offering a full range of high-quality diving equipment. For those who prefer not to carry their own kit, a complete range of rental equipment is available, including dive computers.

Nitrox is available for divers looking to extend their no-decompression limits. The centre also provides essential amenities such as daily housekeeping and toiletries for those staying in their accommodation, alongside dedicated areas for rinsing and storing your kit.

The Andaman Sea is a stronghold for large pelagics. During the high season, you can encounter whale sharks (Rhincodon typus), and between February and April, manta rays (Mobula alfredi) are frequently seen. Large schools of fish, including bigeye trevally (Caranx), tuna (Thunnus), and various barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda), dominate the blue water around the pinnacles.

The reefs are vibrant with hard corals and soft corals (Alcyonacea). You will regularly see colourful reef fish such as parrotfish (Calotomus), angelfish (Pomacanthidae), and various species of snapper (Lutjanus). Large Napoleon wrasse (Cheilinus undulatus) and various triggerfish (Balistidae) are also common residents of these coral gardens.

For macro enthusiasts, the sites offer incredible variety. Keep a close eye on the crevices for nudibranchs (Chromodoris willani), ghost pipefish (Solenostomidae), and various species of shrimp (Caridea), including dancing shrimp. You may also find octopus (Octopus vulgaris), cuttlefish (Sepiidae), and various species of scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae) hiding amongst the rubble and sponges.

Diving conditions in the region vary significantly depending on the site. Many of the most famous pinnacles and walls are subject to moderate to strong currents, and some sites like South Tip can experience complex and extreme conditions that require advanced certification.

The best time to dive the Similan Islands is between October and May, as they are closed from mid-May to mid-October. While many sites offer calm conditions for beginners, others are better suited for drift diving where the current carries you along the reef.
