Gran Canaria Airport is roughly 25 miles away. The property offers a free shuttle service, and private airport transfers can be arranged directly with the hotel. If you are driving, free public parking is available on site, although spaces cannot be reserved. Car hire is also available for exploring the southern coast and the rest of Gran Canaria.

Check-in runs from 16:00 to 21:00, and you need to tell the property your expected arrival time. Check-out is by 11:00. Express check-in and check-out, luggage storage and concierge services are available, which can make the edges of the trip less awkward when flights and dive departures refuse to align neatly.
