The team is composed of experienced SSI instructors who lead daily excursions. They prioritise quality education and a calm, professional atmosphere, ensuring that both beginners and advanced divers feel confident in the water.

Instruction and guiding are conducted in English, German, and French. This multilingual approach helps ensure that technical details and safety briefings are clearly understood by a diverse range of international divers.

Marine Yacht offers the complete spectrum of SSI training. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving or progress through the Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver courses.

The centre provides Nitrox for divers looking to extend their no-decompression limits. This is a standard offering for their daily boat trips.

The reefs surrounding Hurghada are teeming with life. You will regularly encounter schools of reef fish, including Anthias (Anthias), chromis, and various species of Butterflyfish (Chaetodon). Larger visitors such as Jack (Carangidae), Tuna (Thunnus), and various species of Grouper (Epinephelus) are also part of the local ecosystem.

For those watching the open water or the deeper walls, there are frequent opportunities to see pelagic visitors. This includes dolphins (Delphinidae), turtles, and occasionally whitetip reef sharks (Carcharhinus) resting in the deeper areas.

Macro life enthusiasts will find plenty to observe on the sandy patches and within the coral gardens. Keep an eye out for blue-spotted stingrays, scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae), lionfish, and moray eels (Muraenidae). You may also spot seahorses in the seagrass beds or octopus (Octopus vulgaris) tucked into crevices.

The seabed and reef structures are decorated with an array of hard corals and soft corals, providing a complex habitat for species like the blue-spotted stingray and various reef fish.

Diving in this area often involves drift dives, particularly around the islands and offshore reefs. Some sites, such as Umm Gamar North, can experience strong currents that split around the island, requiring confident buoyancy and trim.

Many of the shallower sites, such as El Fanous West or Turtle Bay, offer calmer, lagoon-like conditions. These are well-suited for relaxed reef exploration or for those working through their initial certifications.
