Pro Master Red Sea

Located in Hurghada, Pro Master Red Sea has been a fixture of the local diving community since 2010. What began as a small operation with two instructors has grown into a respected PADI 5 Star centre, serving thousands of divers over the last 15 years.

The centre is positioned to provide access to the most significant diving in the Red Sea, from vibrant reef flats to deep wreck explorations. Whether you are looking to begin your training or seeking advanced technical excursions, the operation is built on professional standards and a commitment to marine conservation.

The team is comprised of 13 highly qualified instructors, ensuring a high level of expertise is available for both training and guided trips. To maintain safety and a personalised experience, the centre operates with a ratio of maximum six divers per guide.

As a PADI 5 Star centre and a member of the Red Sea Diving Association, the staff adheres to strict ISO safety protocols. They are also an EFR training centre, integrating emergency response into their professional diving culture.

Pro Master Red Sea offers a comprehensive range of PADI courses. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving, Scuba Diver, or the Open Water Diver course, moving through to Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver.

For those looking to advance their skills or career, the centre provides Nitrox, Deep Diver Specialty, and Wreck Diving Specialty courses. Professional training is also available, including Divemaster and the Instructor Development Course (IDC) for those pursuing an SDI Instructor rating.

The centre provides a complete range of high-quality equipment for hire, including wetsuits, fins, regulators, and BCDs. For those looking to document their dives, underwater camera kits are available.

Nitrox is available for use, with both 12-litre and 15-litre cylinders provided. For night dives, torches are available to ensure you can navigate the reef after dark.

The surrounding waters are home to a diverse array of reef fish, including colourful Anthias (Anthias), Parrotfish (Calotomus), and various Butterflyfish (Chaetodon). You will frequently encounter schooling fish such as Chromis, Damselfish, and Sergeant majors, alongside larger predators like Great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda) and various Reef sharks (Carcharhinus).

For those watching the blue, the area is known for sightings of Tuna (Thunnus), Jack (Carangidae), and various Rays (Batoidea), including blue-spotted stingrays. Large pelagics such as hammerhead sharks and oceanic whitetip sharks are also seasonal highlights for experienced divers.

Macro enthusiasts can find plenty to observe, from Nudibranch (Chromodoris willani) and various flatworms (Turbellaria) to the well-camouflaged Frogfish (Antennarius) and Scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae). Octopus (Octopus vulgaris) and various species of moray eels (Muraenidae) are also common residents of the reef structure.

The seabed and reef walls are decorated with a rich variety of hard corals and soft corals, providing a complex habitat for sea turtles and many species of tropical fish.

The area is accessible year-round, with visibility typically ranging between 20 and 40 metres. The water temperature stays between 22°C and 30°C throughout the year.
