Bualo, Sulawesi: A Hidden Gem Wall Dive

Located on the southwestern shores of Manado Tua, Bualo presents an intriguing alternative to the typical wall dive. Instead of a sheer drop, the reef here is sculpted with numerous turns, dramatic overhangs, and intimate small caves, inviting exploration into its complex structure. This unique topography allows for a continuous sense of discovery as you navigate its contours, with each bend revealing new details and hidden corners.

The character of Bualo is particularly enhanced on a sunny day, when shafts of light pierce through the water column and cascade into the fissures and openings of the wall.
