As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre, the facility is a primary hub for professional development in the southern Philippines. The team consists of international professionals, many of whom have been trained by the centre's own internal Course Director, ensuring a consistent standard of instruction across all levels.

The centre manages everything from entry-level Discover Scuba Diving programmes to advanced Instructor Development Courses (IDC) and Specialty Instructor training. Their expertise is geared towards both recreational enthusiasts and those looking to build a professional career in diving.

The course catalogue is extensive, covering the entire PADI progression. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving and work through to Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver certifications.

For divers looking to specialise, the centre offers a wide array of PADI Specialty courses, including Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, Drift Diver, Night Diver, Sidemount Diver, and Dry Suit Diver. They also provide training for specific skills such as Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Navigator, and the use of a Diver Propulsion Vehicle (DPV).

Professional divers can utilise the centre as an IDC centre for Divemaster training and the full Instructor Development Course (IDC) pathway, including MSDT-Prep and Staff Instructor training.

For those staying at the resort, the facility includes an on-site restaurant, Tan-Aw, which serves Asian cuisine. Accommodation is available directly on-site with 9 rooms in Moalboal and 4 rooms in Santander, designed to provide a quiet environment between dives.

The local waters are teeming with a high density of reef fish, including snapper, jack, and great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda). You will regularly encounter sea turtles and various pelagic fish species moving through the area.

Macro enthusiasts will find plenty to observe on the reefs and walls. The area is home to nudibranchs (Chromodoris willani), octopus, pygmy seahorses, and various species of shrimp (Caridea), including bubble coral shrimp. Look closely for ghost pipefish (Solenostomidae), scorpionfish, and various species of nudibranch.

On the larger scale, the region is known for sightings of whale sharks (Rhincodon typus) and reef sharks. The walls and deeper sections also host sea snakes (Hydrophiinae), cuttlefish (Sepiidae), and various species of stingrays.

The area is subject to monsoon currents, which can create steady drift conditions along the island. These currents are often described as moving at a tranquil, manageable pace, making the area well-suited for drift diving.

Some sites, such as Sunken Island, are known for having strong currents that require more advanced buoyancy control and experience. Most other reef and wall dives offer more predictable conditions for the average diver.
