Titan Blue Divers

Titan Blue Divers is a PADI dive centre situated in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Established in 2021, the centre operates with a focus on high-quality equipment and environmental responsibility, following the principle of 'Buceo Responsable y Seguro'.

The local waters offer a diverse underwater topography, ranging from volcanic reefs and caves to various wreck sites. With visibility reaching up to 40 metres, the area provides a clear window into the unique marine ecosystems of the Canary Islands.

The team is led by experienced instructors, including Luis and Svetlana, who bring a wealth of international diving experience to the centre. The instructors are dedicated to providing personalised attention, maintaining a strict ratio of no more than four divers per guide.

The centre is committed to safe and responsible diving practices, ensuring that all training and exploration dives respect the local marine environment. They cater to a wide range of skill levels, from those taking their first breaths underwater to professional-level candidates.

Titan Blue Divers offers a comprehensive range of PADI courses. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving or progress through the Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver certifications.

For those looking to specialise, the centre provides PADI Deep Diver, Nitrox, and Wreck specialties. Advanced training is also available, including the EFR + Rescue Diver programme and the professional Divemaster course.

The centre provides full equipment hire, including recently updated regulators, wetsuits, masks, fins, and BCDs. All kit is maintained to high standards, with much of the inventory being new since the centre's founding in 2021.

Nitrox is available for divers looking to extend their bottom time. The centre is well-equipped to support both recreational exploration and structured training courses.

The volcanic reefs and rocky areas are home to a variety of larger species. You can regularly encounter Great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda), groupers (Epinephelus), and various rays (Batoidea). Angel sharks (Squatina) and stingrays are also present on the sandy patches.

Macro life is abundant for those who enjoy searching the seabed. Look out for seahorses (Hippocampus kuda), various shrimps (Caridea), and octopuses (Octopus vulgaris). You may also find crabs (Brachyura) and other small crustaceans tucked into the crevices.

The environment is rich with fixed life, providing essential habitats for the local fauna. Sponges (Porifera), anemones, and various corals create a colourful backdrop for every dive.

Lanzarote is a year-round diving destination, with the warmest months occurring between June and October. The water temperature typically ranges between 18°C and 24°C.

The underwater landscape is defined by its volcanic origin, offering diverse structures such as swim-throughs and reef flats. While currents are not a primary concern at all sites, the topography varies significantly from site to site.
