The centre is led by Rémi, a PADI instructor with over 10 years of professional experience. He brings a wealth of local knowledge to every dive, particularly regarding the unique requirements of cenote diving and the seasonal patterns of pelagic species.

Instruction is conducted in English and French, making it an ideal choice for international divers. To maintain a high standard of safety and personal interaction, the centre operates with a strict ratio of one guide for every four divers.

Remi Diving offers a comprehensive range of PADI courses designed to take you from your very first breath underwater to professional levels. Beginners can start with the Discover Scuba Diving programme or work towards their Open Water Diver certification.

For more experienced divers, the centre provides Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver, and Enriched Air (Nitrox) courses. This allows you to build the skills necessary for more complex environments, such as the currents of Cozumel or the navigation required for cave and wreck diving.

Full equipment hire is included as part of the diving packages, meaning you can arrive without your own kit if you prefer. This covers all the essentials required for both reef and cave environments.

For those looking to extend their bottom time, Nitrox is available on-site, allowing for more efficient nitrogen management during multi-dive days.

The reefs of the Riviera Maya are teeming with life, from large pelagics to colourful reef dwellers. You will regularly encounter sea turtles, nurse sharks, and eagle rays patrolling the reef tops and sandy patches.

Schools of fish move through the canyons and along the walls, where you can also find moray eels tucked into the coral. During the winter months, the area becomes even more exciting with the seasonal presence of bull sharks.

In the deeper waters and along the Cozumel walls, the biodiversity is immense. Large rays and various species of sharks are common, while the reef structure itself provides a home for a vast array of tropical fish.

Macro life and smaller residents are found throughout the crevices and seagrass meadows. Keep an eye out for various crustaceans and smaller reef inhabitants that thrive in the sheltered areas of the reef flat.
