The address is in Pattaya South, on Thappraya Road, in the Banglamung area of Chonburi. It is not a beachfront property: Dongtan Beach is around 1 mile away, while Pratumnak Beach, Paradise Beach, Jomtien Beach and Cosy Beach are all within roughly a mile and a half.

That puts you close enough to reach the coast without pretending the sea is outside the front door. Pattaya Hill is about 1 mile away, and Pattaya Viewpoint is at a similar distance. The city centre is around a 20-minute walk, with public transport nearby for when your legs have already done enough work underwater.

Restaurants and bars sit within the surrounding streets, including Wine O Clock Pattaya, Chilling Home, All Cafe, 7 Spa Masha, LAuberge and Pizzaart. Pattaya Park Tower is around 1 mile away, while Underwater World Pattaya is roughly 2 miles from the residence.

The room setup is closer to a compact flat than a standard hotel room. A kitchenette with cookware, a kettle and a refrigerator gives you somewhere to prepare something small or store drinks and snacks. The dining area and balcony add useful breathing space, particularly when you are not ready to go straight back out after diving.

The Superior Double Room is the natural choice for a couple wanting one large bed and a little more room to spread out than a basic hotel room usually allows. There is no hotel bar, so a drink out means using the nearby cafés and bars instead of walking downstairs to a lounge.

The surrounding area does the rest. Wine O Clock Pattaya is close by, while Chilling Home and All Cafe offer nearby café stops. Restaurants including 7 Spa Masha, LAuberge and Pizzaart are within the local area, giving you more choice without turning dinner into an expedition.

The best non-diving activity here may be the least complicated one: take the short trip to the coast, come back to the air conditioning and leave the schedule alone for a while. The balcony, dining area and private room give you somewhere to sit without having to perform relaxation beside a pool.

For a change of scenery, Pattaya Hill and Pattaya Viewpoint are nearby, with Pattaya Park Tower also within reach. The viewpoint gives you a reason to head uphill before the heat builds, while the beaches provide the more obvious post-dive alternative. Jomtien Beach and Dongtan Beach are both accessible from the residence, though neither is directly outside.

Golf is available as a local activity, and Pattaya offers more to do when you want an evening away from the room. Underwater World Pattaya, Ripley's Believe It or Not and the Alcazar Cabaret Show are among the attractions in the wider area. No spa timetable is required; this is a place where your free time remains your own.

Check-in runs from 14:00 to 18:00, and you need to tell the property your arrival time in advance. Check-out is by 12:00. The front desk operates around the clock, which is useful for arrivals that do not fit neatly into a daytime plan, while luggage storage gives you somewhere to leave bags before departure or after arrival.
