Located on the shores of Algajola, this centre serves as a gateway to the diverse underwater landscapes of the Balagne region. The position allows for quick access to various dive sites stretching between Calvi and L'Île-Rousse, ranging from shallow reef flats to deeper vertical walls.

Operating since 1993, the centre has built a long-standing reputation for professionalism in Haute-Corse. It provides a functional base for divers, situated right on the beach with dedicated areas for equipment rinsing, drying, and storage.

The team is composed of State-qualified instructors experienced in multiple teaching systems, including PADI and FFESSM. This allows the centre to cater to a broad spectrum of divers, from those looking for their first breath underwater to those pursuing advanced technical certifications.

The centre maintains a family-oriented atmosphere while following a professional pedagogical approach focused on safety and adaptability. They are well-equipped to manage various groups, including families and sports-oriented divers, ensuring the environment is suited to the specific needs of each profile.

A comprehensive range of training is available through both PADI and FFESSM affiliations. For beginners, the centre offers Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, and Niveau 1 courses, alongside the ReActivate programme for those returning to the water.

Advanced divers can progress through Advanced Diver, Niveau 2, and Niveau 3 certifications, or specialise with courses such as the PADI Deep Diver Specialty or the buoyancy mastery specialty. The centre also provides specialised training like the Tétardo and Aquaticus programmes.

The fleet consists of three specialised vessels to reach the Balagne sites. The Laetitia II is an 8.40m aluminium barge powered by a 260 ch Volvo Penta engine, with a capacity for 20 divers. The Louisa is a 7.50m aluminium-hulled semi-rigid with a 300 ch Yamaha engine, also accommodating 20 passengers. The On/Off is a 7.50m Capelli semi-rigid, powered by a 300 ch Yamaha engine, with a capacity for 24 divers.

As a long-term Aqualung partner, the centre provides well-maintained kit for hire. Shore-based facilities include a modern filling station to ensure air quality and a dedicated space for rinsing, drying, and storing personal equipment.

The centre is directly accessible from the Algajola/Aregno beach and offers free parking immediately behind the facility. Divers can find everything they need on-site, from full equipment hire to specific items for exploration or training.

The underwater scenery is defined by rich Mediterranean habitats, including rocky plateaus, canyons, and vertical walls covered in gorgonians and encrusting anemones. These structures provide a complex environment for a wide variety of species to thrive.

In the open water and around the reefs, you can encounter large fish such as groupers, common dentex, barracuda, and seabream. Schools of sars and various species of moray eel are also frequently observed navigating the rocks and crevices.

Macro life and smaller inhabitants are abundant throughout the sites. Divers can find various nudibranchs, scorpionfish, and spiny lobsters among the reef structures, while moray eels and various species of wrasse inhabit the darker faults and holes.

Small reef residents such as damselfish and various species of crabs and crustaceans add detail to the landscape, particularly when exploring the sandy patches and rocky outcrops of the Balagne coast.

Diving in this region is subject to local Mediterranean conditions, with sites ranging from shallow plateaus to deeper drop-offs. The variety of sites between Calvi and L'Île-Rousse allows the team to select locations that suit the specific experience level and certification of the divers on board.
