The centre provides a range of services for divers preparing for their expeditions. While they focus heavily on organised trips, they maintain the necessary infrastructure to support divers in the Cabo region.

The region is a powerhouse for large pelagics. Depending on the season, you can encounter humpback whales from December to April, or grey whales in March. If you time your trip for the summer, whale sharks are frequently seen near Isla Contoy during plankton blooms.

Shark encounters are a core part of the experience here. You will find scalloped hammerhead sharks, silky sharks, Galapagos sharks, and whitetip sharks. The more adventurous may encounter the great white shark at Guadalupe between July and October, or tiger sharks around Socorro.
