The course catalogue at Reef Collective covers the entire spectrum of SSI certifications. Beginners can start with the Open Water Diver course, while those looking to advance can progress through Advanced Open Water Diver, Deep Diver, and Stress & Rescue.

For divers aiming for a professional career, the centre provides Divemaster training. Speciality courses are also widely available, including Nitrox, Navigation, and night diving (Buceo Nocturno). The curriculum also includes specific skills training such as Perfect Buoyancy and the React Right programme.

For those not travelling with their own kit, the centre provides a full range of equipment for hire. This includes regulators, wetsuits, and fins, ensuring you have everything required for your dives in Cozumel.

Nitrox is available for use, which is an essential option for divers looking to extend their bottom time on the reef. The shore-based facilities are designed to support a smooth transition from the boat to the shop, focusing on efficiency and diver comfort.

The reefs are teeming with life, featuring large schools of fish such as snappers (Lutjanus), jacks (Carangidae), and various species of grouper (Epinephelus). You will often see barracuda schools and large pelagics moving through the water column, alongside reef sharks (Carcharhinus) and Caribbean reef sharks. The presence of eagle rays (Aetobatus) is a highlight for many divers.

In the colourful coral habitats, look for angelfish (Pomacanthidae), butterflyfish (Chaetodon), and parrotfish (Calotomus). The seabed is home to various species of turtle, including Green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas), Hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata), and Loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta). You may also encounter southern stingray (Hypanus americanus) and various species of eel (Anguilliformes), such as the green moray eel (Gymnothorax funebris).

Macro enthusiasts will find plenty to observe, from the splendid toadfish to various species of octopus (Octopus vulgaris) and reef squid. Look closely at the reef for seahorses (Hippocampus kuda), pipefish, and nudibranchs (Chromodoris willani). Crustaceans like spiny lobster (Palinuridae), king crab, and various shrimp (Caridea) add further detail to the smaller corners of the reef.

The structural beauty of the ocean floor is provided by extensive hard corals, brain corals, and sea fans (Gorgoniidae). Deep-water gorgonians, black corals, and large barrel sponges create a complex landscape for smaller creatures like arrow crabs and banded coral shrimps to inhabit.
