Balinese therapists use natural ingredients and oils, making this the obvious place to hand over responsibility for your muscles for an hour or two.

Yoga mats and stones are available for practice in the Bale Gede pavilion, which faces the ocean. Away from the pool and spa, you can book cooking classes, local-culture tours, walking tours or bike tours; badminton equipment is also available, and hiking takes place away from the property.
