Tahiti Nui Diving is situated within the Manava Tahiti Suite Resort in French Polynesia, providing direct access to the island's rich marine environments. The centre operates seven days a week, catering to both those looking for their first bubbles and experienced divers seeking advanced certifications.

The area offers a diverse range of diving environments, from the calm, shallow waters of the lagoon to more challenging ocean-side sites. You can choose between exploring coral gardens, navigating wreck sites, or dropping down steep walls.

The team provides instruction across multiple international certification bodies, including SSI and CMAS. Their expertise covers a broad spectrum, from basic entry-level courses to advanced technical levels such as Dive Master and Assistant Instructor.

Training is available for various specialisations, including deep diving, buoyancy control, and night diving. The centre also offers specialised training for those looking to pursue professional paths such as Dive Guide or Assistant Instructor.

The centre provides a comprehensive range of SSI courses, including Open Water Diver, Deep Diving, and Perfect Buoyancy. For those interested in specialized skills, they offer React Right, Diver Stress & Rescue, and Night Limited Visibility training.

For professional development, the curriculum includes Dive Guide and Assistant Instructor levels. The centre also caters to CMAS divers, offering training up to Level 4 (PE40/RIFAP) and FFESSM certifications.

The centre is conveniently located at the Manava Tahiti, providing easy access to the water. For those staying at the resort, VIP passes are available which include access to the lagoon and hotel amenities.

The marine life in the area is diverse, with many species found within the lagoon and reef systems. You can frequently observe various species of sharks, including whitetip reef sharks, blacktip reef sharks, grey sharks, nurse sharks, and lemon sharks.

Reef environments are home to a variety of rays, such as leopard rays, as well as various species of turtles, including green turtles and hawksbill turtles. You will also encounter various tropical fish and reef fish throughout the sites.

In more specific habitats, you can find gorgonians on the steeper drop-offs. The lagoon and reef flats are also home to various species of coral and various reef fish.

Diving conditions vary depending on the site, with the lagoon offering calmer waters suitable for beginners. Some sites, like La Fausse Pass de Paea, can experience strong currents, particularly when moving from the lagoon toward the ocean side.
