Built into the shape of a high cliff, Adiwana Warnakali Resort looks out across the ocean towards Nusa Ceningan. The setting does the talking without needing a soundtrack: layered rooms, open views and a position about 20 metres above the beach.

This is an adults-only resort, suited to couples who want a quieter base between island outings, meals and time in the water. For land-based exploring, Angel Billabong, Atuh Beach, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan feature among the excursions available through the resort. Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 49 miles away by road, with the journey listed at roughly 2 hours and 18 minutes.
