Located in the heart of Kuta Lombok, Blue Marlin Dive Lombok serves as a gateway to one of Indonesia's best-kept diving secrets. The south of Lombok offers a distinct experience compared to more crowded hubs, featuring healthy coral reefs, spectacular walls, and an abundance of pelagic life.

Daily excursions depart from the coast, travelling via a scenic route to Telong Elong before heading out by boat. This allows you to reach the wild, preserved reefs of the southeast coast, where the topography is as exciting as the marine life.

During the high season from November to April, the area becomes a focal point for larger species. You can find manta rays (Mobula alfredi) at Mantahari cleaning stations and increased sightings of pelagic species around Sumbawa.

The sandy bottoms and coral gardens are home to pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefish (Solenostomidae), and a vast array of nudibranch (Chromodoris willani). You can also find mimic octopus, shrimp (Caridea), crabs (Brachyura), and various species of frogfish (Antennarius).

The reef structures themselves are alive with colour, featuring healthy hard and soft corals, gorgonians, and sponges that provide habitat for colourful reef fish, butterflyfish (Chaetodon), and anthias (Anthias).

The diving in Kuta Lombok is available year-round. While many sites offer calm conditions, certain areas like Marsha Wall are known for strong currents that require experienced divers and may involve negative entries.
