Diving conditions in Bali vary significantly depending on the specific site. While areas like Amed and parts of Nusa Lembongan offer calmer environments suitable for beginners, sites like Manta Point and Crystal Bay are subject to strong currents.

Tides can influence the strength of these currents, particularly during spring tides. Divers should be prepared for varying conditions, especially when moving between the sheltered reefs and the more exposed offshore sites.
