Their approach emphasises responsible interaction with marine life and structured learning. For those undertaking training, the centre includes PADI e-learning, theoretical sessions, and all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth progression through the certification levels.

Scuba Go offers a complete spectrum of PADI courses. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving or the Open Water Diver course, eventually progressing to Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver.

For those looking to specialise, the curriculum includes PADI Deep Diver, Drift Diver, Wreck Diver, and Night Diver specialties. On the deeper walls and pinnacles of Komodo and Nusa Penida, the life becomes even more diverse. You will regularly see Whitetip reef shark (Triaenodon obesus), various species of reef shark (Carcharhinus), and large schools of Jack (Carangidae) and barracudas. Sea turtles (Cheloniidae), including Hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata), are common across most sites, alongside Eagle ray and various species of stingrays.

For macro enthusiasts, the region is a treasure trove. You can find a wide array of Nudibranch (Chromodoris willani), Pygmy seahorse (Hippocampus bargibanti), and various species of shrimp (Caridea). The sandy slopes and reef flats also host Octopus (Octopus vulgaris), Blue-ringed octopus, and various species of Frogfish (Antennarius) and Scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae). Look closely for the Mimic octopus, Wunderpus, and the colorful Peacock mantis shrimp (Odontodactylus scyllarus).

Fixed life is equally impressive, with the reefs covered in healthy corals, sponges (Porifera), and Sea fan (Gorgoniidae). You will encounter many species of Grouper (Epinephelus), Napoleon wrasse (Cheilinus undulatus), and various species of Butterflyfish (Chaetodon) moving through the reef structure.

Diving conditions in Indonesia vary significantly by location. The sites around Sanur are known for calmer waters, making them suitable for beginners. In contrast, the Komodo National Park and Nusa Penida are famous for their strong currents, often requiring advanced experience to navigate drift dives safely.

In Komodo, you should expect a range of conditions from easy drift to very strong currents at sites like Castle Rock or the Cauldron. Seasonality plays a role in sightings, such as the best window for Mola mola in Nusa Penida from June to October, or the optimal period for Komodo from April to November.
