The outdoor swimming pool is seasonal and sits 100 metres away at Résidence Les Pins, reached through a secured gate between the two residences. That is close enough for an easy swim, but it is not the same as having the pool directly outside your own building. The terrace and garden provide the quieter alternatives when you want to sit in the shade, read or simply stop making decisions.

The surrounding area works well when your surface interval lasts longer than planned. Roncu Beach is within walking distance, while Alga Beach is around 0.8 miles away by car and Pinède Beach around 1.4 miles on the road. You can also walk into Calvi for the citadel, the cathedral and an evening wander rather than filling every non-diving hour with organised entertainment.

Hiking and cultural excursions are available as activities associated with the property. That makes the residence a useful choice for a couple where one person dives and the other wants a day on land, or for a group that intends to mix dives with Corsican walking and sightseeing.
