Lembongan Dive Center

Lembongan Dive Center is a locally owned PADI Premier dive centre located on the main beach of Nusa Lembongan, just 850 metres from the Jungut Batu port. Its position makes it easily accessible for those travelling from Bali or the Gili Islands.

The centre is designed to provide a personalised experience, moving away from large-scale operations to focus on small groups. Whether you are looking to start your training or are working towards a professional qualification, the emphasis remains on steady, quality instruction.

The team is composed of local professionals who are trained in oxygen administration and first aid, including CPR. This local expertise is paired with a commitment to PADI standards, ensuring that training is never rushed.

Instruction is provided in English, French, and Indonesian. With a maximum of four divers per guide, you can expect a high level of supervision and individualised attention during your dives or training sessions.

As a PADI Premier centre, the full spectrum of PADI courses is available. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving and the Open Water Diver course, while those looking to progress can enrol in Advance Open Water, PDR Rescue Diver, or various PADI specialties.

Professional training is also a core part of the programme, with courses ranging from Divemaster through to the Instructor Development Course (IDC).

The centre provides a range of services for divers arriving with their own kit or looking to hire. While specific brands are not listed, the facility is set up to support both recreational divers and those undergoing formal training.

For those not diving, snorkeling equipment is included, and life jackets and buoyancy aids are available on-site.

The reefs are characterised by vibrant coral formations, including hard corals (Scleractinia), table corals, and soft corals (Alcyonacea). You will find a variety of gorgonians (Gorgonacea) and sea fans (Gorgoniidae) decorating the seascape alongside various coral bommies.

Large pelagics and seasonal visitors are a highlight of the area, most notably the ocean sunfish (Mola Mola). You may also encounter reef sharks (Carcharhinus), blacktip reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks (Triaenodon obesus), and various other reef fish, including jacks (Carangidae), trevallies, and barracuda (Sphyraena).

For those interested in macro life, the area hosts a diverse range of smaller organisms. Look for nudibranchs (Nudibranchia), octopus (Octopus vulgaris), frogfish (Antennariidae), scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae), and various mantis shrimp (Stomatopoda). You can also find moray eels (Muraenidae), lionfish, and several species of sea slugs.
